giant: complying with AWR couldn't be easier
If the temporary worker was employed by you the hirer, what would be their:
• salary (overtime and bonus, if any) and,
• days of holiday entitlement?
It is the hirer's responsibility to provide the correct information. As long as you have asked for the information - you are AWR compliant. Once you have this, pass it onto us and we will confirm that the pay satisfies the regulations. And by the way, if the assignment is for 12 weeks or less, you don't need to ask these questions.
Tip - you may want to have a small number of chase emails if the hirer has not provided the information up-front, but it's not your responsibility to continually chase.
