Established in 1979, Bond TeamSpirit, a division of Bond International Software (UK) Limited, is a leading provider of modular yet integrated HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance software which operates from a single database. Our software has been developed to assist organisations in streamlining their HR and Payroll processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

TeamSpirit offers a range of flexible and easy-to-use software modules including Payroll, HR, T&A, P11D, Recruitment and web based Employee/Manager Self-Service and eApply (online job applications). To date we have successfully implemented solutions for over 500 UK clients with between 80 and 50,000 employees in all public and private sectors.

Bond TeamSpirit recognise that businesses are constantly changing and that the solutions employed to support a business today may need to adapt to meet tomorrows challenges, TeamSpirit’s solutions have been designed to achieve this. The modular nature of the software means that only the functionality required at the time can be purchased and additional modules can be purchased as and when required, whilst still benefiting from the systems single fully integrated database. The single database architecture of TeamSpirit means that no duplicate data entry is required across the software modules, optimising efficiency across HR and payroll departments.

The flexibility of TeamSpirit is also demonstrated in the wide range of ways in which the software can be delivered. Clients can choose from a completely in-house system giving them full control and responsibility for the system from day one, a fully functional hosted or ‘SaaS’ system which can be accessed via a web browser or finally any mix of in-house or hosted solution with a combination of outsourced payroll and/or HR services.
