NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions provides a range of flexible benefits solutions and services, including benefits consulting, outsourcing and communications support.The technology solution that we offer is called ‘MyChoice’ and the software is configured to deploy your chosen flexible benefits scheme. MyChoice enables employees to log on and interactively model and submit their choices via both the Internet and Intranet. Manual enrolment processes can also be supported if off-line enrolment or ‘dial a selection’ options need to be considered for employees who do not have access to a PC.
