Lapithus signs up to the Cezanne OnDemand online HR software

Lapithus is an international financial services company with an HQ in Luxembourg and operations in the UK, Spain, and Germany. It has experienced rapid growth since its launch and currently employs around 140 staff.

The business recognised that its continuing expansion called for a more sophisticated approach to managing HR data.

Cezanne OnDemand provides small and mid-sized businesses with a simple and cost effective tool to help streamline people management, reduce administration and gather better HR intelligence to support planning and decision making. HR and absence management costs just £2 per employee per month for businesses with more than 50 employees – with fees being adjusted up or down to reflect the number of active employees managed each month.

The product is delivered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, which means it is hosted and delivered on-line via a secure server, with updates automatically provided to clients as they are released. There’s no need for businesses to continually invest in their own hardware, software or internal support. They simply log on via the Internet and have immediate access to the latest version of the system from wherever they are.

Companies can add new employees into the system whenever they want to – and the self-service element makes it easier for traditionally time-consuming paper-based HR processes, such as holiday requests, to be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

The product is available in English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and French – making it an ideal solution for the growing number of companies who like Lapithus, operate internationally.
