Between 1996 and 2005 the company focused on its legacy products, Personnel Manager and Personnel Director, Windows-based client-server applications. With over 20,000 copies shipped worldwide these products have one of the largest bases of customers in the HR software market.

Developed using the latest web-based technology HR.net Enterprise has been designed for larger organisations with complex requirements. Since its launch in 2005 HR.net now has nearly 300 customers worldwide and its multi-country capabilities combined with its innovative graphical workflow tool have helped establish this software as a leader in the HR solutions market.

In June 2009 the company released HR.net Professional, HR.net Express and HR.net Lite, solutions aimed at smaller businesses.

With over 170 staff and offices in Beckenham (sales, consulting and administration), Weston-Super-Mare (development and support), and Chennai, India (product development, support and consulting) the company prides itself on an innovative approach and diverse range of products, all aimed at reducing the traditional administration associated with HR processes.
