Are your worker ID checking and contract management processes compliant, efficient and accurate?

Employers and recruitment agencies are required to carry out ‘identity’ and ‘right to work’ checks by law, but the administrative burden has often meant that checks are sporadic and not always thorough. Even if checks have been carried out, the UK Border Agency can still levy fines of £10,000 per illegal worker, if it deems recruiters and employers have not been sufficiently rigorous.
