Cezanne Software reports another strong year in 2010, with major customer wins and growth in both SaaS and on premise revenue.

The continued growth, together with a solid track record of delivering HR and talent management solutions for customers worldwide, confirms Cezanne Software’s position as a leading European supplier of HR solutions for performance, succession, compensation and people management to organisations across Europe, as well as in the US and Latin America.

Total revenue increased by 12% over 2009, with Cezanne’s SaaS HR business increasing by 35%, confirming a growing trend for European companies to move to cloud-based business solutions. Carlo Ugdulena, CEO of Cezanne Software comments: “I’m delighted with our performance in 2010. Even in a tough economic climate, companies are continuing to invest in HR and talent management solutions – and to look for companies like our own with a reputation for successfully delivering projects large and small on both a local and international basis. They recognise that having the right software tools in place is essential to the effective implementation of business and HR strategies.”

New customers using Cezanne’s global performance management and succession planning software solutions include; Ferrovie dello Stato, Italy’s biggest railway transportation company; Netherlands-headquartered CSM, the world’s largest supplier of bakery products and a leading player in natural food preservation, green chemicals and biopolymers; and Gruppo Garige, a leading European financial services company which has implemented Cezanne’s solutions for both HR and talent management.

Customers taking advantage of Cezanne’s global HRIS solutions include; Bakkovar, the global food manufacturer; TSYS one of the world’s largest payment services companies; and Piraeus Bank Group, a leading international banking and financial services company.

Carlo Ugdulena adds; “2011 will be an exciting year for us. Not only is our pipeline looking good, with a number of new deals already signed in our traditional market of mid and large-sized organisations, but we’re also launching a brand new SaaS HR solution specifically for smaller businesses, Cezanne OnDemand.”

The new solution brings together Cezanne’s expertise in developing HR software with the benefits of SaaS, including low costs and ease of deployment. Customers can be up and running in days – with minimal effort on their part.

Carlo explains: “With Cezanne OnDemand, we’re delivering HR software in a new way that’s much more cost effective for smaller businesses. All the customer needs is access to the internet via a standard web browser, and we provide the rest. They don’t need to worry about managing their own hardware, operating systems, databases or firewalls, or implementing new features as we release them. We do it all for them as part of a monthly subscription fee – so they can concentrate on running their business.”

“We’ve already have a number of early adopters using the new solution, and the feedback has been very positive. We’ll start to market Cezanne OnDemand in the UK in the next few months, with a roll out across our main European operations planned for the summer”.
