Calming the AWR storm. What giant can offer
AWR is not as complicated as some are led to believe. In fact, it’s relatively straightforward. The legislation comes into force on 1 October 2011 and seeks to protect temporary workers by ensuring they have the same pay and working conditions as if they were recruited directly by the hirer.
