Advanced Business Solutions’ payroll software achieves top ranking in Payroll World Software User Satisfaction Survey
Advanced Business Solutions (ABS) has ranked top in the presales advice and consultancy by supplier category of the Payroll World Software User Satisfaction Survey 2011.
ABS has also ranked second place in four other categories including reputation of payroll supplier/system, ongoing legislative compliance, multicountry compliance and post implementation service of supplier.
The Payroll World Software User Satisfaction Survey (published July 2011) is based upon the views of nearly 400 Payroll World readers, 18% of whom are from the public sector. A total of 52 different payroll system suppliers were rated and over 95% of respondents were hands-on payroll system users.
The survey asked respondents to rate each supplier’s system based upon 20 different attributes ranging from ongoing legislative compliance and integration capabilities through to overall performance and value for money. ABS scored 3.50 or above for all attributes (where 1 is very poor, 3 is adequate and 5 is exceptional). Only one other supplier achieved scores of the same high standard across all 20 areas.
Simon Fowler, Managing Director of Advanced Business Solutions (Commercial), says, “It is a great achievement for ABS to have scored so highly across all 20 attributes in the Payroll World survey, demonstrating the excellent overall performance of our payroll systems. We also pride ourselves on the quality of our pre and post sales customer support. This is demonstrated by ABS’ top ranking in the presales advice category and second place ranking in the post implementation service category.”
ABS’ payroll software is feature-rich, user friendly and can be customised to accommodate an organisation’s specific needs. It is also accredited by the HMRC and complies with all statutory requirements.
Fowler adds, “As the Payroll World survey is based upon the views of actual system users, this makes it an invaluable piece of payroll software research.”
